Privacy Policy
Last updated 20 September 2026
This policy explains what FasLaunch (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and we collect as little as we can. It applies to the FasLaunch website.
1. What we collect
When you sign in with Google. Google sends us your name, email address and profile photo. We never see your Google password. Signing in with Google is the only way to create an account.
What you add. Your public profile (username, headline, bio, city, country and links), the products you launch (name, tagline, description, website, categories, logo, screenshots, X username, demo video, pricing and discount details), platforms you save, and platforms you suggest.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and security systems process your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and to stop abuse.
Member since. We record the date you first signed in and show it on your profile.
2. What is public
Your name, profile photo, username, headline, bio, city, country and the links you add can appear on your public builder page. Your launched products, including their images, are public once approved. Your email address is never shown publicly. Drafts and products in review are visible only to you and our reviewers.
3. How we use your data
- To sign you in and keep you signed in.
- To run the features you use: your profile, launches, saved platforms and suggestions.
- To review products before they go live and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, using analytics.
4. Who processes your data
We do not sell your personal data. We use these providers to run the service, and they process data only on our behalf:
- Supabase for authentication, our database and image storage.
- Google for sign-in.
- Vercel for hosting.
- Analytics and search tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, which may set cookies or collect usage data about how pages are used.
These providers may process data outside India. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
5. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in. Analytics tools may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but you may not be able to sign in without the necessary ones.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, products, saved platforms, suggestions and uploaded images, except where we must keep something to meet a legal duty or to prevent abuse. Backups are removed on their normal schedule.
7. Security
Access to your data is restricted so that you can only read and change your own private information, and image uploads are limited to your own folder. Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you think your account is at risk.
8. Your rights and choices
You can edit your public profile and products at any time. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to close your account, by emailing avinashvaghhq@gmail.com. We will reply within a reasonable time, and within any period the law requires. You can also withdraw Google’s access from your Google Account settings.
We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
9. Children
FasLaunch is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove the account.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions or requests: avinashvaghhq@gmail.com. See also our Terms of Service.
