Terms of Service

FasLaunch is a database of product launch platforms, ranked by their Domain Rating, and a place where founders can launch their own products in weekly launches. Browsing the database does not need an account.

• You sign in with Google. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• Your name, email and photo come from Google and cannot be changed here.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think it has been misused.
• You may have up to 10 products and submit up to 5 launches a day.

• Products launch once a week, on Monday at 12:31 PM IST. There are no daily launches.
• You choose a launch week when you submit. It must be at least 24 hours away.
• Every submission is reviewed before it goes live. We may approve, reject or ask you to change a product, and we do not have to give a reason, though we usually will.
• Approved products go live automatically at the chosen launch time. Being listed is not an endorsement, and we do not promise any traffic, ranking, sales or backlinks.
• We may edit or remove a listing, or suspend an account, at any time if it breaks these terms or the law.

You keep ownership of everything you submit, including your profile, product details, logo and screenshots. You give us a free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce and promote that content on FasLaunch and in our channels, for as long as it is on the site.

You promise that you own the content or have the right to use it, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.

Do not:

• submit fake, misleading, duplicate or spam products, or products you do not own or represent;
• submit illegal, hateful, adult, malicious or deceptive products, or products that carry malware, phishing or scams;
• collect data from the site in bulk, overload it, or try to get around its security or limits;
• use the site to harass others or to build backlinks by unfair means.

Links to products and platforms go to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Links in user content are marked nofollow. Domain Rating and other figures come from third-party tools such as Ahrefs, change over time, and are shown for information only. Check details such as prices and link types on the platform’s own site before you rely on them.

The site, its design, the database compilation and our own content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal or business research, but you may not copy, resell or republish the database or its design without our written permission.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that information on it is complete or up to date.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, traffic or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, which for a free service is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using the site at any time and can ask us to delete your account by emailing avinashvaghhq@gmail.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as content licences, liability and governing law, continue after your account ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law. Please contact us first so we can try to sort it out informally.
